Customer Account
When opening an account, we collect the data provided to improve your shopping experience and order handling. Processing is based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). You can withdraw consent at any time; your account will then be deleted.
Orders
When ordering, we collect and process data strictly necessary for order fulfillment and inquiry handling. Data is required for contract conclusion; otherwise no contract can be formed. Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Data may be shared—with shipping providers, dropshippers, payment processors, order management and IT service providers—strictly adhering to legal requirements.

Shipping Provider – Email Address Sharing

Inventory System
We use an external inventory system: weclapp GmbH, Driedrich-Ebert-Str. 28, 97318 Kitzingen. Data is processed as part of order fulfillment under a data processing agreement. Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Klarna Payment Option

Address Validation
We offer real-time address validation via Endereco, Balthasar‑Neumann‑Str. 4b, 97236 Randersacker. Data (country, city, postal code, street, house number) is processed for contract fulfillment under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Queries are deleted after validation or 30 days at latest.

After contract completion, data is stored during warranty period and retained according to legal (tax, commercial) requirements, then deleted unless you consented to further processing.

Complaint to Supervisory Authority
