Shipping and Payment

The following conditions apply:
Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: EU, Switzerland, Norway.

Shipping Costs
Deliveries within Germany:
We charge a flat shipping fee of €5.95 incl. VAT per order.
For merchandise mail: €3.95 incl. VAT per order (quick couplings, dummy line).

International Deliveries:
Flat rates for shipping abroad are as follows:

Within the EU: €14.95 incl. VAT
For merchandise mail: €8.95 incl. VAT per order (quick couplings, dummy line)

Switzerland: €24.95 excl. VAT
For merchandise mail: €10.00 excl. VAT per order (quick couplings, dummy line)

Norway: €24.95 excl. VAT
For merchandise mail: €10.00 excl. VAT per order (quick couplings, dummy line)

Delivery Times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes 3 - 7 days, and international delivery takes 10 - 12 days after contract conclusion (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed).

For merchandise mail, delivery may take up to 4 days longer.

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them together in one package unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
